We bought a new furnace and ac system. The furnace they installed DOES NOT KEEP OUR HOUSE WARM! We have had them out twice to address the problem. Per their contract we will be happy or they will make it right. We are finally to the point of asking them to install a larger furnace or remove all of their installations and give us a refund and we'll go somewhere else. So far they are refusing to make things right. We do not recommend them at all!

Dennis C. was pleasant ,polite and very professional in the service call he performed with my broken furnace. He answered all my questions and gave me possible options other than repair in a very thorough fashion. I chose a repair and it was done quickly and professionally. Dennis did a great job servicing the furances. However, we purchased 2 water heaters less than 3 years ago. Now one has small leak. First, option on order for it be be repaired, must reconfigure/move gas line because of location of where they installed it. Not happy, very expensive repair, the part only cost $50 but need approx. 3 hr. @$95 per hr. Dennis came up with another option which is less labor, I'm hoping it works. In order to fulfill a service contract, Mike A. came out to check our air-conditioner. The dual electrolytic capacitor was getting very weak, I had noticed a longer start when the unit would kick-on, so it was suggested by Mike A. that perhaps the capacitor should be replaced. Everything else checked ok. Mike A. mentioned about considering a new service contract with two visits per year that would cover both heating and air conditioning units.
