Guayo's El Rey is one of those places I will happily keep coming back to, and honestly, a huge part of the reason is their enchilada sauce. Oh. My. God. The sauce. I am not exaggerating when I say I could drink their enchilada sauce straight out of a coffee mug. It is THAT good. It has so much flavor, and it completely makes the meal for me.
