Dr. Guarisco has been my doctor for many years. He’s always been very thorough, discussed treatment options, and treated my conditions appropriately. He’s a highly competent doctor.
Had a colonoscopy. He was very kind and explained everything. My husband used him and had the same great experience. Have also been to his office and seen his nurse practitioner. They are both very professional. He came and talked to use after the procedure as well.
Dr Guarisco is, knowledgeable, kind, actually talks to you, listens to your issues and is very caring. I’d highly recommend him!! His office staff is awesome!
Dr Guarisco was awesome. My husband was very sick and we didn’t know why. He immediately addressed his issues and ordered labs and testing. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday we had answers. His staff was fantastic in communicating with us from the first day. Kudos Dr Guarisco and staff!!!
WORST 'bedside manner' ever!!! I have ever come across many doctors in my 70 years. This one was the worst!
I cannot begin to explain how insensitive he was. I witnessed him yelling at his staff & slamming things around the procedure room. This was the first time I saw him. He never called with my endoscopy results, I received them in the mail 3 weeks later. His office refused to schedule a colonoscopy and an endoscopy at the same time. When I questioned his nurse about this, she told me it was because he gets reimbursed better from my insurance company if the procedures are done separately.

First time to see Dr. Guarisco. He listened and responded. He explained and let me make my decision. Very pleasant. Looking forward to following up what we began.
Dr. Guarisco was completely insensitive about my IBS issues I've had since I was 16, I'm now 44! All he wanted to do was a colonoscopy and pretty much shut down completely after that. Very discouraging visit to say the least.

Since I was seeing Dr. Guarisco for the FIRST time, I was expecting a more comprehensive visit. He seemed to be rushed and spent little time asking questions. Essentially wrote me a prescription and was on his way. Not the kind of doctor I need or want.
