The guys here are fantastic to deliver to. They have no issue with helping to keep traffic from driving around you while you are backing in. Very fast at unloading. If you are delivering to them, listen to their advice on where you want your trailer tires to be when backing up. They told me that they had had people take up to 30 minutes(their words) because the driver knew more than them.
I called to get a quote for a large order and the guy on the phone was very rude. My company makes purchases for the State and Federal government and they guy refused to provide service. This company is very unprofessional.
These guys are great. The hole that us truckers have to back into, can be difficult, due to the two lane street and the traffic that is unforgiving, but they have someone come out and makes sure you run into anything and stops traffic for you. No worries. They get you in and out very quickly. I don't mind coming here at all.
