Raul P**** was referred to me by another contractor with long-time knowledge of my house and its history, and I'm deeply appreciative! Guaria Contractors installed new asphalt shingles on my home in March 2021. Raul was prompt for every appointment (a prompt contractor!!! who would have guessed??) to discuss the work scope and to select the shingles. Cannot say enough about the quick and quality job provided by the Guaria Contractor crew. They arrived on site 30 minutes prior to the start time and hit the ground running. Owner was extremely pleasant and courteous to work with, there were no surprises, everything was done just as promised. I will deffinately spread the word and already plan to use them again for other jobs. In today's world it's nice to find a hard working honest crew!

I had contacted another roofing company regarding a leak at one of my rental properties. They didn't show for appointments or call so I would have to call them and they would make up some lame excuse as to why they couldn't make it. This is extremely frustrating especially when you tell your tenant to expect them and they never show or call. Highly recommended. Guaria Contractors replaced my roof last year. This year one of the tornados went though my back yard. There was no damage to the roof!!! There was some damage to the facia and flashing under the porch. Raul was quick to come over and check for damage and fix what little needed fixed at a VERY LOW price. I will never use a different roofer. Raul is very knowledgeable, friendly and the best roofer I have ever seen.
