Absolute scam company. We submitted a claim for pet damage to our couch that they refused to cover it even though it stated in our policy that pet damage was covered. Very poor communication and customer service. Don’t waste your time or money on them. I would give 0 stars is possible.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Of course no one likes paying for insurance… but the staff at Guardsman certainly make the insurance buying process as painless as possible!

Shocking service. Very difficult to submit a claim online, very poor service. Don’t keep you informed, literally waiting months for my claim to be settled.

I was looking for an auto and tenants policy to begin early June. Communication with Tom took three week, mostly of just waiting for him to respond, and when I still didn't have an official policy this morning, I contacted another company and within 2 hours had my official policy. Tom blamed his lack of communication on "answering emails in order they are received" - absolutely abysmal customer service. 1. All banking information and required documents were in for 3 business days without response.

The first time I dealt with Sherry Grant, it was a horrible experience. She's difficult to speak with and not very pleasant. Hard to have a conversation without her taking everything personally. You may not get treated like a number, but you certainly don't get treated nicely.
