I was looking for an auto and tenants policy to begin early June. Communication with Tom took three week, mostly of just waiting for him to respond, and when I still didn't have an official policy this morning, I contacted another company and within 2 hours had my official policy. Tom blamed his lack of communication on "answering emails in order they are received" - absolutely abysmal customer service. 1. All banking information and required documents were in for 3 business days without response.
The first time I dealt with Sherry Grant, it was a horrible experience. She's difficult to speak with and not very pleasant. Hard to have a conversation without her taking everything personally. You may not get treated like a number, but you certainly don't get treated nicely.
Well done Tom. You’re always ready with your excuses. I’m so glad that I don’t have my car insurance with you. Beware all people and please check the reviews before contacting him. I have all the necessary documents to support my claim and these documents also prove how you are able to make profits from your clients by doing these scams. Lies on top of lies. What a lier Tom Watson! And yes , my brother is very happy and satisfied with his new broker.
Fraud company. This company does scam and steals money in the name of Insurance. In their team, the person who takes care of everything there is Tom and he is the guy who is responsible for all the shady work that they do. He gave me a quote of $350 (brampton address) of my car insurance when i called him. I was getting higher quotes from all the insurance guys so i forwarded my application with them.
