They do not even deserve a one star at all. Poor customer service, I started with them last mont(february), how I wished I read the reviews before. They debited into my account on 27th the amount that we did not agree on, now again today on the 27th of March, they debited Close to R500 in my account, how does that make any sense? The worst thing ever.
Disgraceful Claims Handling, Zero Common Sense, Absolute Waste of Time I am utterly disgusted with the service I’ve received from *Guardrisk Insurance*, with *Ooba Insure* acting as the broker.
