I have been trying to get their help since last year and all I get is being reffered to pillar to post by their employees, named Lynette Veronica and Veronica Van Wyk. They are so unprofessional in a way that they ignore clients who. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone
They do not even deserve a one star at all. Poor customer service, I started with them last mont(february), how I wished I read the reviews before. They debited into my account on 27th the amount that we did not agree on, now again today on the 27th of March, they debited Close to R500 in my account, how does that make any sense? And when we call them no one answers and when they answers they put us on hold for like 30min plus.
