We have been at Walkers for many, many years. Always been happy with service from Albert, then Datten and now Jen. Someone complained in another comment about having to advise them if you needed the new prescription that Doctor faxed over. Not filling the prescription until client advised they needed it, started before Darren left. And only makes sense, some scripts many people don't need immediately! We are new to this pharmacy and couldn't be more happy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and able to fill my daughter's antibiotics prescription faster than expected. It's nice to have a small town and caring feel in this business instead of the big box pharmacies that I am used to.
Darren retired. no wonder it's gone downhill so bad. when he was running things if your doctor sent in a prescription he had common sense and knew it needed to be filled. with the new people they need to called and told that you in fact do need the meds your doctor just prescribed you. biggest joke honestly. they're either very lazy or very dumb. literally called them from the store to request they fill my prescription 🤦♀️🤦♀️
