Dawn was absolutely amazing. She had all the details for me and was so thorough. It was a huge help in the middle of a chaotic time.
I had a disappointing experience with Guardian Storage. I was at my unit for about 10 minutes when staff approached me and began taking pictures of my unit without my permission. The photos were of trash that was already bagged, but the situation was immediately escalated and I was threatened with the police. I do visit my unit regularly, but always during normal access hours. Even so, I was accused of living there, which is not true.
