Very awesome staff. We didn't find the space that worked for our needs. But the location was well kept, a great price. The staff had amazing customer service skills and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. They ended up recommending a different company for our specific needs. But the moment we have regular items to store, this is the company I want to do business with.

They are the biggest crooks I have ever met. They are so money hungry that they steal from their customers all day long. Trust me I know for a fact. I have like 30 complaints on them. They discriminate against disabled people... They owner is really heartless. Money hungry is what they are... They are getting people and you won't even know they are. Put some people are picking up on it. They charge late fees before they are suppose to. And alot more I just can't say right now because they are being investigated. And sued... ... read more
I rented for 23 month
OMG picked up a friend at the storage unit who was dropping off of U-Haul and the nightmare begins. He was denied service to return the truck as it states on the U-Haul website to the inside of the storage unit and was told to do it online. When turning in the key the storage unit attendant wrote everything down on a piece of paper yet never checked the truck in he handed her the key and we left.
