I was overweight and weak with no self esteem. I afraid of life itself. Master Peter changed my life. He was kind and understanding and tailored his instruction to match my abilities or lack there of. I was inspired to exercise again. Peter is much more than a martial arts instructor, he's a good guy. He brings life lessons to every training session. Definitely worth the time and commitment !
