Beware – Our family used Guardian for over 15 years in our previous home. We never had any issues but frankly never used them for anything other than the monitoring. Monitoring was fine but I am guessing you can get that from any number of providers in the Nashville area. What should stand out among the myriad alarm monitoring companies is their customer service. I spoke with our Accounts Receivable Manager, about your complaint and unfortunately it looks like we never received a cancellation notice so that we could reverse the charges. The company I work for has used Guardian numerous times to fix gate, keypad, camera and dive issues. We have had great experience with them! The service manager schedules the job visits in a timely manner! I would highly recommend!
Guardian is an excellent company! They put a system in for my Grandmother and they were very patient and kind with her. They did not leave until she fully understood how to use the system and I can rest easy knowing they are monitoring her system. Thank you Guardian!!!!!
I have been with Guardian for a year now because it was a package included in purchase of new home. In first 60 days, the central vac head was replaced 3xs and still doesn’t work. Finally bought a Rumba and reverted to hand held vacuum. Requested installation of new automation, and it took 2 visits with the final visit ending close to midnight to install 4 switches.
