This is a merger of two businesses now. It is unfortunate that they forgot how to provide a good customer service. As being a customer for both Roblees and Guardian over 30 years, they treat the customer with a minimal care. It is very sad to see their decline. I hope they will take this review as a wake up call and change their customer attitude.
