After two months with this horrible bank we went with another company. The customer service from our loan officer Holly was almost nonexistent. The appraisal they did on our house came back $120,000 under market, and our loan officer Holly said there was a problem with their appraisal department. We’ve gone to Penny Mac where we are getting great service and a lower interest-rate. My advice is to go somewhere else - do not attempt to get a loan with this joke of a bank.
