I have banked with Guardian for many years but no more. I was willing to tolerate Guardian having no ATMs, no 24/7 customer service phone number and its antiquated ways but having my bank card closed due to a PENNY transaction that Guardian took upon themselves to declare it a fraudulent transaction and cancelled my card so now I have to wait A WEEK for a new one as they’re the ONLY bank in town that doesn’t provide same day replacement.
