Guardian quoted roof tear off and replacement to my specifications and executed contracted to do work. Job start date was to be five weeks + or - from contract date. After 10 weeks passed and no word, I contacted roofer and was advised company superintendent did not want to do work to my specification, and a starting date could not be provided. Made an initial quote and then said they couldn't do it for that price and negotiated a second quote for 35% more money and then continued to make excuses for not doing the work. After months of excuses i was forced to cancel and go back to market to find another roofer. Horrible service and i would assume no expertise since they could not quote correctly. Owner was drunk and cursing during a an update call after escalations for lack of work and scheduling finally came to him.
not good company to business with at all work was done incorrectly/poor communication and follow up
