I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Diamond and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us out. I would recommend to anyone needing roof work to work with Guardian and more specifically with Bryan!
I first met Bryan Diamond at Guardian Roofing of NC about five years ago when he came out for a roof inspection. He was professional, transparent, and, most importantly, honest. He told me I probably didn’t need a new roof at that time. Wow, what integrity. Many storms later, I called Bryan back. Best company in have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Customer service is priority one and they show up when they say they are going to. Excellent job and they clean up behind themselves. My service representative was Elmer and he knows the business through and through and is upfront and trust worthy. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing if you want a job done right, you won't go wrong with them!!!
Guardian Roofing was immediately trustworthy. I felt confident from the start that everything would be handled correctly and they not make problems for me to solve. Instead they solved them . Process was so easy. The company did what they said they would do. Elmer was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I recommended to a friend she call Elmer for assistance to have her roof replaced, he and the company went all out to help her. Highly recommend this company.
