Guardian roofing replaced my roof were very conscientious and worked on the under extreme weather condition. They did a good job and I would highly recommend them. I am pleased with their work.

I signed with Guardian roofing for a roof replacement. There was some urgency because of a hole in the roof. Guardian had the best price. I met with salesman Vince and his boss Rob. During the meeting Rob supposedly called a supplier and told me what I needed was in stock. They then told my wife and I that they would get the permit the following Monday. Guardian Roofing replaced my roof and did a wonderful job. Overall very satisfied with my roof. The work was completed fast, permit was pulled for insurance, and communication/overall knowledge of all materials/process was 10/10.
Brent and his crew brought their "A" game! Out of 5 quotes, Guardian Roofing was the most reasonable. (2 companies didn't even return my phone call) I didn't have to wait for material and they got me in ahead of schedule. The work ethic exhibited at my house was above my expectations! I needed lots of repair and their contract was very clear regarding additional charges for the deck boards. They were fast, efficient, VERY respectful and kept an orderly work space. They will lie. Park in your yard. Try and bill u for work they did not do. Watch them close. I got $893 refunded for work not performed. They let my 90 lb pit bull out almost costing him his life. Unless u speak Spanish u won't be able to talk to anyone. They r not their employees. They sub it all out. Not one truck advertised or a sign anything. I would not hire these ppl to do a dog roof. Tell me there was 5 layers of felt under there when u r right there watching them. Boo

As a business owner I would like to respond tactfully. However, this man may push me beyond tactics because of his frivolous review. I honestly have to question the sanity of this person. (FACT) We asked him numerous times to restrain his two pit bull dogs and keep them inside while we were working. The second day of the job he left his door open and they got out. We can't get them back to finish the job. We are dealing with **** and after we paid him 1/2 $8,500 we didn't hear from him for 2 months. We called and said I though you said it would be a month and he said it would be another month. When a big flatbed did show up unexpectedly, he never gave us a heads up. The dumped the shingles in our driveway, it was a week before the crew showed up.
