We had a couple guys come out to check out our leaking skylight and give us a quote if we needed it fixed. Here’s what happened: - wouldn’t give the quote to just me; said they wanted my husband there too - gave a 30 min presentation hyping up their company on a tablet. Wouldn’t get to the point. Wouldn’t give us an individualized quote for our skylight repair. The team was fast and efficient, and I loved how they communicated with me through the process.
The whole experience was great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The salesman knew exactly what was needed to fix the roof where is had been leaking around the chimney. The Technician, Luis Avila did a great job. Deimar, the person at the office I enteracted with did a great job keeping me informed of when Luis was coming. Luis worked two full days and got the repair done as well as cleaning the roof and gutters and treating the roof. I highly recommend the Guardian Roofing team.
