He was diligent and accompanied me through the process to the end. His resiliency, expertise, and continued support gave me peace of mind from initial inspection to install.

Getting the new roof and dealing with repairs, insurance etc., was painless with Guardian. Our salesperson, Josh, was excellent to work with. He listened to us, communicated well, worked with our insurance, and really cared. We would highly recommend Guardian to anyone.

It was good until the shingles started falling off. Unfortunately, Guardian Roofing isn't able to send a technician to inspect the roof because we're too far from their service area. I'm thinking about hiring another company to inspect and repair it, but I'm worried they may charge much more since the shingles were originally installed by a different roofing company, i.e., Guardian.
