Great experience with Guardian! They replaced our home roof under an insurance claim due to Hail Damage. Our Rep Josh Miller worked directly with the insurance company from start to finish and kept us informed along the way. The work was done right and on schedule. Josh was great to work with… no games! Here is the best part… Guardian did EXACTLY what they said they would do with no surprises!!!
We were hit by a massive hailstorm in July of 2024. Immediately thereafter, we had multiple pushy and aggressive contractors knock on our door trying to be the very first one to get our business. While I was not certain how much damage our roof had, I was certain that I did not want to deal with anyone that is that aggressive about getting my business. I was disappointed that after speaking to the company on the phone, setting up an appt, any adjusting my work schedule, the sales Rep informed me this job was too small and not worth their time. I explained on the phone exactly what I needed which was siding repair and new gutters. If they didn’t think this job was worth their $1,500 minimum, they could have told me that on the phone and not wasted my time. Guardian is the most reputable company around! They originally sided my entire house back in 2019. In yesterday’s storm, we had some flashing as well as a window shutter blow off the house. I 100% did not think it would be covered under any type of warranty and if it was, I definitely didn’t think they would honor it (because let’s be real here, most companies would find an excuse not to). Robert Frehafer from Guardian Roofing & Siding came to my house on a Saturday on very short notice to review my roofing issue, he reviewed in detail the process and products to replace my roof from past storm damage. The price was agreed upon and an install date was confirmed. On the install date, the crew arrived on time and completed the work to our satisfaction that day, they cleaned everything up. We are pleased with the service and work that was done to install our new roof! I highly recommend Guardian Roofing & Siding!
