Guardian installed my roof about 13 years ago, and it has performed great ever since. This past February we experienced an unusually heavy snowstorm followed by extremely cold temperatures, which led to some ice damming. Guardian offered to come out and shovel the snow off the roof for a fee, which we appreciated—even though we ultimately decided not to have the snow removed.
