Following most suggestions, I had several roofing companies come to my house for cost/time estimates. Guardian Roofing was the only company that had taken a video showing the damage along with the meter readings as they were taking the readings. I called Guardian Roofing because I noticed the sheet rock near the ceiling was rippled. I was surprised that they were able to have an estimator and the job completed in a week and a half. Josh was very professional. I understood what had to be done, and he did not try to sell me a new roof. He took videos and pictures, and then drew, outlines of where the work needed to be done. I feel like I received an honest evaluation and professional presentation of both value and services offered.
Guilmar did a great job with our chimney repair. He found a deeper problem than originally thought, explained the problem with photos, and then did the repair work on the same day staying until 815pm to get it done! He is kind, professional and went over and above our expectations!
We are very happy with the initial contact, clarity of the proposal, and repairs done. Service was done promptly and completed quickly. Clean-up was perfect.
