John, the owner of Guardian Roofing, came to our rescue when we discovered a leak in our roof. Two other roofers failed to find the source, but John climbed up during the rain, identified the problem immediately, and fixed it on the spot. Great guy, excellent workmanship, and solid, no‑nonsense advice. Highly recommended.
We found Guadian to over-promise and under-perform. They came to our HOA meeting to discuss changing our roof pipe jacks (vent pipes, etc.) on houses in our neighborhood. We were told all the roof jacks would be changed out to better material (“bullet boots”). Several of us had roofline gutter issues and they said they could handle that also. The price for the roof was very fair and he gave very helpful recommendations regarding design and installs quality shingles allowing for discounted insurance quotes.
