I had an amazing experience working with Julianna. From start to finish, she provided clear guidance and made sure I really understood the entire process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer any questions, no matter how small they seemed. She kept me informed on every step - I never had to wonder about the status of my loan. Also, not only did we close on time, but even earlier than expected! I truly could not recommend her enough.

I've worked with Valerie Harjo twice now to help me secure a Section 184 Indian HUD Loan, and she is fantastic!!! This is a highly specialized loan, and she guided me through the process with tremendous expertise and support at every step of the way. She also offered me a lot of advice and information that helped me make sense of some of the more complex aspects of home buying, especially with this unique loan type. I can't recommend her enough!

We just closed on a home mortgage thru Guardian Lending and George Sandoval. Just like on a previous loan with Guardian, it went smoothly and rapidly . From personal experience it is not always this easy. There are lots of mortgage lenders out there, but Guardian is the best. Recommended without reservation
