This is a scam company preying on vacationers. They rent you a vehicle and then charge you ridiculous fees once you return it. Returning the vehicle doesn't happen in person, so they try to charge these fees, claiming that you've left the area and can't/will not dispute them. Stay away, and if you fall victim to Guardian Rental Cars & Trucks, dispute and fight. They have no legs to stand on but will threaten you with court and such. Jim saved our vacation - we attempted to rent a car with Hertz and there were none available. Jim picked my husband up from where we stayed. The only downside was that it was significantly more than we intended to spend.
Great place to work with! Easy and fast pick up and drop off. Jim is wonderful. Called us back immediately and helped us find a car when everywhere else was sold out. All around great business we randomly found and it worked out great!! We will rent again next time from here.
Great service! Helped me tremendously when I was hit by a drunk driver Memorial Day weekend and was able to meet me at the office to get me in a rental car when all others were closed. Highly recommend and will use again.
