We have been using Guardian Realty & Management for years. They do an outstanding job of taking care of both the owners and tenants alike.
I’ve always had bad experiences with my previous landlords and management. I’d have to say i’m so happy with my new home and how professional and nice they’ve been. They’ve been on top of any issues we’ve had and have made moving(usually hell) very pleasant for us.
They lie about property being "pet friendly" but still denied us cause of our 2 "dogs" which are cats.. goes to show that they don't even care to check on the information accurately.. and I guess they won't allow cigarette smokers at all either..
From my first meeting with Tracy, she was exceptional in every aspect. Tracy and her team provided turn-key services from beginning to end. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and provide you with a hassle-free experience as a homeowner, you will not be disappointed! I was often comforted with Tracy’s personal touch, kept well informed, and received detailed monthly statements. Moreover, I always felt she treated us like family, how could you ask for more?
