My tech was excellent- knowledgeable, very good at explaining changes to my system, patient, and just plain nice. Made sure everything was working properly before he left.
We needed to update our security system and service was amazing! Derek B. updated our system and walked me through the updates on the keypad and the application. He was very professional from start to finish and made sure that I knew how to use the system before leaving. I would recommend Guardian if you’re looking for a security system that is not just Ring. We’ve been pleased with their services for the past 8 years!

Jeff, our service installer, was awesome and very informative with how to use the system. The user interface for the control panel and the App are intuitive and easy to use.
