This is my first service call with Guardian. I have to say that my technician Joe was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . I am very happy with the transition from Vintage security to Guardian. Thanks again Joe for your extraordinary service. You are an asset to your company.
Customer service is very poor. They make cancellation difficult and try to scare you away from other options that are available and viable. A complete run around. They have not kept up with technology or the needs of the marketplace so try to stick it to you with contract terms. Unfortunate.
