Professional property management company Owner has a background in construction and he is good about giving each community he manages Full transparency and extremely dedicated!
Poor property maintenance, especially with proper snow removal! Poor bookkeeping and very unprofessional.
Deceitful and fraudulent company. They allocate the work to be done for the associations they manage to friends, family and people they know. I recently found out they only give friends the work, because they demand a “payoff”, for giving them the jobs. I also recently spoke to another Management Co who also has been aware of this for many, many years. I think the government should investigate and put them behind bars.
