Taylor and Marijka have been unbelievable to deal with-- close to instant acknowledgement of emails and phone calls, thorough and intelligent answers to all my questions and a very caring and kind attitude. We were tenants at a property managed by Guardian for the past 3 years. We were very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness to large and small issues, and their desire to go above and beyond in their service. Taylor took great care to always communicate with excellent timeliness and details. If it wouldn't have been for purchasing a place of our own, we would have been very happy to continue to rent a Guardian managed property.
