Just moved in and want to say so far it has been such a smooth transition:) so helpful when looking at the place as well!!
David Rodda was really helpful and responsive to an early morning call when water was flooding my kitchen floor. He found the problem quickly and called in the plumber right afterwards, gave me the information I needed to know the plumbing company that would be calling me to come out and get it fixed within a few hours. A hard start to the morning resolved quickly.
I've only been renting here in MN with Guardian for about 2 months so I'll update this if need be but I just had to leave a review. I've rented with multiple property management companies in the past and I'm quite keen to own my own home in the near future due to the stress of renting. This rental property is probably the first time I'd genuinely recommend a company.
