If you’re wondering: my rent is paid on time every month and have never been late, never had an unlawful detainer nor eviction. 5900 3rd Street NE Fridley, MN is NON-SMOKING but they allow tenants and non- tenants to smoke as long as they are not caught. I moved in because this is a 4 unit complex. I wanted to be in a smaller unit due to safety, 2 designated parking spaces, lower utility costs, non smoking (in which they could track the people smoking if need be).
