Was told that I could only tour available units AFTER I spent $50 on an application. Once my application had been approved for the apartment I was interested in, and I was told I would be able to tour it (along with four other units also owned by the property management). Less than 24 hours before the tours were scheduled, I was sent an email saying that all four were cancelled and to let them know if there were any other properties that I was interested in.
