If you’re wondering: my rent is paid on time every month and have never been late, never had an unlawful detainer nor eviction. 5900 3rd Street NE Fridley, MN is NON-SMOKING but they allow tenants and non- tenants to smoke as long as they are not caught. I moved in because this is a 4 unit complex. I wanted to be in a smaller unit due to safety, 2 designated parking spaces, lower utility costs, non smoking (in which they could track the people smoking if need be). Guardian has been appointed by inspector Dan LaQuax of Minneapolis to do some repairs and am now receiving information that the repairs are around $100,000 with no explanation or itemization of what work is being done!!! Started with replacing a boiler….
