Horrible. HOA management. Never responded to my email. Months later called them with an issue and was laughed at. Very unprofessional. Don't throw waste your money on a company that won't work for you. There are a lot of companies that want your business. I gave them 1 star because they answered the phone.
This company charged me a ton of money to transfer my HOA account over to the new owner, never cancelled my autopay they set up for me, never answers the phone or returns calls. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me my refund would be in the mail tomorrow and that was on July 22, 2024. It is now August 6, 2024 and I STILL do not have my refund. This property management company is the worst. I hated everything about how they managed our HOA and this is beyond rude and unprofessional now.
Community Associations Management in Riverside, CA, aka Guardian Generations, aka Guardian Preferred Properties, applied for and received a PPP loan for $55K in April 2020 that they don't have to pay back. They're an HOA management company that wasn't even affected by the pandemic! And yet they took taxpayer dollars--money that should have gone to businesses & people that were really hurting.
