This company serviced my pool for 2 years. Almost every technician tries to get away with doing nothing. I cancelled after realizing if I was out of town there was no way they would be doing anything on my pool. Extreme neglect which resulted in malfunction of all major equipment thanks to Guardian Pools!
Untrustworthy Company with Deceptive Billing Practices - Avoid Guardian Pools! I hired Guardian Pools in April for weekly pool maintenance, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. They were supposed to service my pool four times that month, but they only showed up twice! That’s half the service I paid for, so I canceled their service before the month was even over. We have been using Guardian Pools for a couple of years now. Our pool is sparkling clean and they show up weekly. Steve our pool guy is very nice and aware that we have pets so he keeps the gates closed.
