My hot water heater went out Thursday evening, and Guardian had a technician out the very next day. By Friday I had a brand-new tankless water heater installed and hot water again—super fast turnaround. Jim, my technician, was extremely helpful and friendly. He walked me through the upgrade from a traditional tank to a tankless system, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent service and professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend Guardian.
We were looking for an honest, professional, local plumbing company without having to rely on the big guys. We found them with Guardian Plumbing. Our heartfelt thanks goes out to Jim and his exceptional skilled craftsmanship in plumbing. I had a stellar experience from the moment I called to make the appointment all the way through to quick and easy payment for the service. We had Jim handling our service request and he was extremely helpful with not only fixing my existing issue but helping me determine pricing for a potential upgrade I wanted to do. True pleasure doing business with Guardian, I’ll be utilizing them again and spreading the word with my friend and neighbors!
Wonderful experience. Will recommend to our neighbors and friends. Carson arrived on time and ready to work. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to think outside of the box, use his expertise to troubleshoot and resolve our issue. Even identifying an error and sloppy mistake made by our previous plumber during a very pricey bathroom renovation. He patiently explained the problem and then how he planned to fix it. He was very tidy, cleaning up afterwards. A real professional. Very happy with his work.
We had some major plumbing issues this week. The toilet pipe was leaking and another leak at the washing machine hook up on the wall. I called Guardian Plumbing was 3 hours later, Jim S was at our house diagnosing the problem. He had everything finished up with both jobs in just 2-3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was upfront with pricing and the total amount for the fixes was very reasonable. We highly recommend Guardian Plumbing!!
