Christian came out on extremely short notice on a Sunday afternoon after a pipe burst in our bathroom over the kitchen. Immediately, he was extremely courteous about any mess he might make while assessing the damage and quickly diagnosed the cause of the burst. Within hours he had skillfully removed minimal drywall, had our toilet out to replace the pipes, and was clearing a large clog that we didn’t know we had. I had a great experience with Guardian Plumbing today. They were able to help us with an emergency water heater replacement. They did a great job explaining options for repairing or replacing without pressure. After making the decision, the work was done quickly and efficiently. My hot water heater went out Thursday evening, and Guardian had a technician out the very next day. By Friday I had a brand-new tankless water heater installed and hot water again—super fast turnaround. Jim, my technician, was extremely helpful and friendly. He walked me through the upgrade from a traditional tank to a tankless system, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent service and professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend Guardian.
Jim was very thorough in explaining what he was doing to make the repairs needed. Jessica was very helpful in getting the work scheduled! I wanted to update my review to include Carson, who came back to help with an issue I was having. Excellent customer service!
Everyone here was great to work with. Firstly, they actually answer their phones and are quick to get back to you if needed. They provided a selection of options for the work we needed and discussed each so that I understood the benefits of each. Then it was quick getting on the schedule and day of he took great care of the home, respectful to my pets and wife, and did an excellent job. I would absolutely call them first for any plumbing needs for my home.
