Very conscientious provider. She makes sure that I have instructions for what to do when I leave and she follows up regularly. Every issue I came to her with has been comprehensively addressed.

It was truly TMH that showed me and stopped me from continuing to go to this practice. I found out in late spring that they billed me for a service that never happened March 31,2025, for a physical that never happened , when you call Amber who is the nurse I've see there mind you ( a clear indication is that a few appointments have been delayed due to her being late) something l alone would give reason to no longer continue with their services ,yet I gave them another chance. Dr. O and her staff display excellent customer service, charming and caring personalities. Dr. O is knowledgeable, caring, intuitive and gives it to you straight. Which makes for a pleasant visit. Especially for someone who used to have anxiety attacks prior to scheduled visits. I now look forward to my appointments.
