I have tried calling several times but cant get anyone to answer. I am kept on hold for a very long time and finally hang up. This is very frustrating. Sara Merriman
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have spent hours on the phone. Trying to get a credit for double billing issues. This is month 3 and still getting the run around. If you can take your elderly parents prescription somewhere else! This is a horrible company to deal with.
