Love this pharmacy. They are real people and you can talk to someone when there is an issue, not a 20 branch phone tree. They are nice, helpful, and people seem to have good critical thinking skills vs the procedure focused robots at the big chain pharmacies. I like dealing with them for my mother.
The pharmacist at my previous chain pharmacy only appeared when I needed to collect my prescription after waiting in line. The pharmacist at Guardian Pharmacy provided me with an entirely different experience than what I had at my previous pharmacy. The pharmacist spent a short time talking to me before completing my prescription. She became my friend for a short instant when I shared news about my new puppy before returning to her role as my medical provider.
