Absolutely the worst pharmacy by far. We are forced to utilize them because our ALF requires the “bingo cards “. They send multiple medication‘s incorrectly and bill over and over and over again for multiple medications that are incorrect.
if i could give -5 i would. they do NOT care about the residents they serve. do not pay attention to doctors orders or family members. there is no way to get in touch with manager when a problem. wrote to the email online and it came back to me. i hope someone reads this and reaches out tome.i have already been in touch with the State and filed a complaint. was told that the meds to be stopped will not go to the alf on december 29 shipment. well they still went. this could potentially put my 97 yo mother in hospital with chf... read more
Fraud. Parent left ALF months ago, and we told guardian pharmacy several times to STOP filling the prescription. Guardian pharmacy keeps sending pills to the ALF and billing us. Then we have to wait for the ALF to tell Guardian to stop filling our prescription. Even the hospital keeps sending it to Guardian despite telling them a different retail pharmacy.
