Very disappointed about this company. Schedule a service for Bee service on one day, we agreed to the a time gap between 10 am to 2 pm. Our service technician did not show up or even call saying they will not be there in the time we agreed to. At 2:28 that day I had the office call me saying they would have to reschedule because it had rained out. Business customer service is terrible not friendly hung up on me didn't want to assist!
In 2013 we called them to bring bed bug sniffing dogs to our home as we feared we had picked them up on vacation. We did not, thankfully. They said we had to pay in advance, which we did, in cash to the lady that brought the dogs. We were given a receipt. In 2017 they reached out to us to tell us that we still owed them. I reminded them that we had to prepay before they would even bring the dogs into the home. There would be NO WAY we would still owe them.
