Timothy was could not have been more professional. He has done everything he said he would. First service was in the Spring. We have hardly seen any unwanted insects this year. Thanks Guardian Termite and Pest Control Services of WA. Chris, technician came out right on time. He assessed the situation, suited up, and took care of the job. I had a basketball sized hive up on the highest point under the roof overhang. He treated, cleaned up as best as possible. Job done in about 20-25 minutes. Job well done!!
I called Guardian Pest Control regarding a bird issue at my property. Greg, the owner, came and told me that he could scare the birds away and then proceeded to put a bird guard over my vent. However when he left, I found out that there were still some baby birds trapped inside the vent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our residence has signs of potential bird mites getting indoors and the service technician immediately upon arrival, without even taking a look inside, discredited my complaint, wrote it off as fleas or a mosquito. How can you have such confidence in knowing a situation without investigating. There was even an obvious entry point for birds to get into the attic, showing signs my hypothesis could be correct but still said nope, you probably have fleas or maybe a mosquito.
