The pharmacist and staff are very nice and cordial. I had no issues with them until I ordered a compounded cream. They informed me that they would outsource it because they don’t work with the base required for the cream. The ordering process was smooth—they provided all the details needed for my insurance, and they notified me promptly when the cream was ready for pickup. However, the cream itself was a disaster. They are very cooperative and highly skilled. There is a respectable woman who helped me obtain my father's medication and made a great effort to contact another province to get the medicine for me. It was a very beautiful and humane act, and I can never forget how much she helped me in my time of need. Thank you all very much.
