They are very cooperative and highly skilled. There is a respectable woman who helped me obtain my father's medication and made a great effort to contact another province to get the medicine for me. It was a very beautiful and humane act, and I can never forget how much she helped me in my time of need. Thank you all very much.
Even though ER prescribed me meds. Meaning they confirmed that I actually need those to manage the excruciating pain I'm in. This phone system is politically "not allowed" to continue the already existing prescription of a patient. Which is a very stupid excuse

They've gone above and beyond for me many times and I consider the Guardian team to be an integral part of my overall healthcare.
