Joseph is an excellent Pharmacist, he's very personable and professional but the other female Pharmacist is mean and unprofessional. She needs training in INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION and how to address Customers. Since she's serving the Public, this person needs to watch her words and how she addresses Customers. I was treated with mean and rude words and behaviour, this is unacceptable and needs to stop immediately.
Without a doubt the best pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Very helpful and kind staff.
Hands down best pharmacy I’ve had! Joseph truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re cared for. There are not many pharmacies, especially downtown, where the pharmacist will actually take the time the time to get to know you by name and to chat for a couple minutes each time you come by. Sadly, I moved out of downtown and will have to transfer pharmacies, but Joseph has set the bar high and I will miss coming here!
