Pretty straightforward experience and everything went smoothly. Five stars.
Both pharmacists are really patient and helpful. Joseph is especially personable. I switched from a Loblaws pharmacy - which has a great app with features like auto-refill. However, this Morelli’s Guardian in Longo’s Maple Leaf offers stellar personal service 7 days/wk.
Always ready to help. Can develop a relationship that's great for your health. Reasonable selection of related products. If you are close by, you should be using their services.
Joseph is an excellent Pharmacist, he's very personable and professional but the other female Pharmacist is mean and unprofessional. She needs training in INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION and how to address Customers. Since she's serving the Public, this person needs to watch her words and how she addresses Customers. I was treated with mean and rude words and behaviour, this is unacceptable and needs to stop immediately.
Without a doubt the best pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Very helpful and kind staff.
