I had an incredibly positive experience with Ms. Chinerye I’ve been seeing her for years now she’s effective and When I went through a medication change that didn’t sit well with me, she was incredibly understanding about my anxiety and really supportive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find the right medication that actually worked for me. I truly felt heard and cared for. I’d give her a 10 out of 10 and absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a practitioner who’s both kind and effective.
I have never had a healthcare experience as negative as I did dealing with Guardian Mental & Behavioral Health Services. This provider repeatedly ignored my inquires for prescription refills for a critical medication. I eventually switched providers. I was taken aback by what occurred. I would strongly recommend not choosing this provider for mental health needs.
