On short notice Guardian transported with care and dispatch my sick and immobile grown daughter on a stretcher from her bed at home to her waiting bed at Piedmont-Fayette hospital. They were on time, very well equipped and professional. I am grateful for their service.
Guardian transportation is not reliable and does not show true care for the patients for which they provide a service. My mother has been with the company for several years and is always put on the back burner and left waiting for hours for transportation. Her nurses at dialysis has expressed that it is unbelievable how they are never on time to pick my mother up when she is on a regular schedule and her time never changes.
