Went in there to renew my lease Shelley is awesome! Raising the rent again. Well, technically, they said they weren't raising the rent. They raised the utilities.

I suppose it might be what section or neighbor you have BUT, I have had a great experience with Guardian. My rent is normal for Devou. My service calls are attended to quickly. Carrie, Michelle, and the other ladies I have spoken to in the office have always been courteous. My neighbors are nice as well. I'm not discounting the other reviews that are bad but GOOD EXPERIENCES NEED TO WRITTEN AS WELL. WELL DONE

We have been renting an apartment from this company for almost 2 years and they have been great! We had a toilet leak and they fixed it the next day after calling! (I originally called later in the day so it was within 24 hours of calling). We had our kitchen light go out and they fixed it same day of calling them. I'm looking for an apartment to rent, and I know my bankruptcy from October 2019 can cause some trouble. I have since re-established my credit. I brought all this up prior to paying the $50 application fee because Michelle (who was very nice BTW) didn't think it would keep me from being denied. I got a call yesterday from the management office saying I was denied because of my bankruptcy, so I asked about my credit being re-established.
