Guardian had always been my go to locksmith when needed. After an incident with one of your employees yesterday (9/30) in the rear parking area of the temp agency next door, I will take my business elsewhere. The employee needs to reevaluate his customer service & public interaction skills. I will discuss further with management if needed.
My door knob to my back door fell off last night and I wasn’t able to fix it so I called this morning and they came and put in a new door knob and readjusted my deadbolt. I’m extremely happy with their service. So if anyone is in a jam call them!!!

Huge thanks to Guardian Lock. They came out quickly, on a Sunday afternoon, and had my vehicle unlocked in minutes. In addition to the great service they did it pro-bono, I locked my keys in the vehicle while returning to my house burning down.
I wouldn't use or trust anyone else. 2nd to none in customer service, pricing and integrity. I recommend them every chance I get. Thank you Guardian! Also, Reid is amazing!
