This insurance agency has provided me with exceptional service for several years now. The agents are so attentive and always take the time to explain everything in detail. Every time I’ve had to file a claim, they made the process stress-free and efficient.
The best thing about Cincinnati Insurance LLC., in my opinion, is how much value they offer for the price. The coverage is excellent, and I don't think I'm paying too much. Whenever I've needed to utilize my insurance, they've been really accommodating and attentive. It was all I could ask for.
Horrible! Someone hit my car, I didn't know where or when. I contacted them to see what I should do. They forced me to file a claim, then they issued a cancelation. This sounds fraudulent.
Awful people run the auto insurance department. Got in an accident. Clearly not my fault. The work vehicle that hit me was insured through this company. They ended up telling me I was at fault. They VERY quickly sent me a letter saying they would settle it without my insurance getting involved for half the price of repair. I called me company and they told me I wasn’t at fault.
