My device constantly messes up. I always have a lockout that pops up. Every morning it takes me at least 10 minutes to start my car. It's not working this morning I'm going to be late to work and might just get wrote up. It keeps saying hum steadier and louder, or hum quality low, or abort 40. I'm losing my voice using this damnationation of a device. EVERY DAMN MORNING. I'm glad my lawyer recommended Guardian. Since they are local you know exactly who you are talking to on the phone or when you visit the office every time versus the national companies who you may deal with customer service from who knows where. Everybody has been so friendly and accommodating. I dealt with Zach on the install and for the most part but dealt with John during the uninstall and both were awesome. The device is also super easy to use.
