Robert Allen, the owner of this business, is great to work with. I have had only WONDERFUL experiences with him and the interlock device. Nobody wants an interlock so when you have to get one, with no other option, it’s refreshing to have it be a more then pleasant experience. I recommend going to him for all your interlock needs! You will be glad you did for the reason of his customer service to the knowledge and care he will have on the installation!
This place was AWESOME when Lucas was there to help. Now it's worthless! When i had to get this installed it was for Muskogee now their telling me that i have to drive way to McAlister to get it serviced. A way to get more money cause if you can't make it your car locks up, then you have to pay the fee for unlocking and to add days. Just a bunch of BS! Lucas was a tremendous blessing after our device went awry 700 miles from home, with another 600 miles to go until reaching our destination. After 2+ hours on the phone with the call center and no resolution, Lucas returned my call, after hours and on a Saturday. He met us at the business and fixed the problem within minutes.
