Intenté obtener una póliza con este seguro, la chica que contestó la llamada quedó en regresarme la llamada hace tres días y nunca lo hizo. Se me hace una falta de profesionalismo de su parte y de la parte de la compañía ya que yo necesitaba una póliza lo más antes posible. Si quieren recibir un buen servicio al cliente les recomiendo buscarse otra oficina.
Mi esposo y yo tenemos muchos años con esta agencia estabamos contentos pero el servicio al cliente de la agencia es horrible, siempre hay una persona diferente y aveces gruñona como que no les pagan bien aparte no saben hacer su trabajo.
