I had a great experience with this inspector, Troy as he was so willing to work with my schedule and took the time to go through everything he found. He provided me with some additional information on making the necessary repairs or updates which helped me from having to go through and find companies that would be able to help. Troy ****** was selected by the buyer to inspect our home. He ran the dishwasher, (which has never had issues previously) didn't stop it and left before it completed the cycle. The dishwasher ended up leaking water all over the kitchen and damaging the floor and basement ceiling. Leaving any appliance running or on, then leaving a home is highly unprofessional. Troy at Guardian Inspection was awesome. My spouse and I are first time home buyers, so understandably, we are a little anxious about the whole process. From scheduling the inspection to receiving the inspection report afterward, he was prompt, courteous, and professional.
