I can make a strong argument that John Blacklock is a complete idiot and should not hold a professional license. He did a home inspection for us and missed MANY obvious major issues. He missed plain-sight, very visible, major problems - Including Rusted support columns, leaking foundation cracks and actual holes in the cement, major electrical issues, a potentially deadly furnace defect, grading and drainage issues in the yard, roof problems, plumbing, etc. The list goes on and on and on. Finally, an inspection company that actually understands home construction and function, unlike the others who advertise they do, but really have no clue. You will receive my referral to anyone who needs your service. Do not hesitate to call them for any inspection needs you have. They saved me nearly 2000.00 in repairs that i never even saw. 5 stars.
